Delete your
Solhem account.
You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
- In the Solhem app: open Profile, choose the account-deletion option and follow the confirmation steps.
- If you cannot access the app: email solhem.support@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Solhem account. Use “Account deletion request” as the subject.
- Verification: we may ask you to confirm account ownership before processing the request. Never send us your password or full payment-card information.
- Completion: after verification, we will delete or de-identify information associated with your account, except limited records we must retain for security, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.
